Hande Çayır

Türkçe Hande’nin caz yolculuğu Sibel Köse Caz Vokal Atölyesi’ni keşfetmesi ile birlikte 2015 yılında başladı. Polonya’da 46. Uluslararası Puławy Caz Workhop’una; İtalya’da Barry Harris Caz Workshop’una; İngiltere’de Global Music Foundation Caz Workshop’una katıldı. Yaklaşık bir sene Jef Giansily ile piyano çalıştı. Şu sıralar arkadaşları ile gig’ler düzenleyip sahnede öğrenmeye devam ediyor. Bununla birlikte, yayımlanmış iki kitabı ve bir belgeseli var. Uzun yıllar dans etti, tiyatro yaptı, dizilerde rol aldı. Müzeye kabul edilmiş bir eseri ve çokça kurumsal hayat tecrübesi var. Mor Çatı gönüllüsü. T24’te yazıyor. Görsel Sanatlar ve Görsel İletişim Tasarımı (lisans), Sinema ve Televizyon (yüksek lisans), İletişim (doktora) okudu. Gün içinde akademisyen, geceleri caz sever olarak yaşamını sürdürüyor. English Hande’s jazz journey began in Sibel Köse’s Jazz Vocal Workshop in 2015. She went on to participate in the 46th International Puławy Jazz Workshop in Poland, the Barry Harris Jazz Workshop in Italy, and the Global Music Foundation Jazz Workshop in London. She took piano lessons from Jef Giansily almost for a year, and these days is singing and learning on stage with her friends.  Her list of credits includes two books, a documentary, and roles in theatre, television, and dance. Her art is in the permanent collection at a national museum. She has also worked extensively in corporate creative managerial positions. In addition, she is a volunteer at the Purple Roof Women’s Shelter Foundation, as well as a writer at T24.  Hande has a BA in Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design, an MA in Cinema and Television, and a PhD in Communications. During the day, she is an academic; at night she is a jazz buff.
