Lars Danielsson, one of the most prominent names of the European jazz stages, is a Swedish cello and double bass virtuoso. Danielsoon will be accompanied by the rising star of European jazz, Grégory Privat, on the 19th and 20th of May at Cappadox. Danielsson combines classical and pop musics with Scandinavian melodies, testing the boundaries of jazz. The master musician will play pieces from his 2012 album Liberetto during this performance and will be accompanied by the young talent Grégory Privat on the piano, with whom he has been working since 2015.
The duo will perform in Güray Museum, a fascinating example of Cappadocia’s carved stone dwellings, on the 19th of May, Friday. They will perform in Bezirhane, a venue that has hosted many unusual concerts during Cappadox with its great acoustics and atmosphere, on the 20th of May, Saturday.
This year Cappadox will take place for the third time with the theme “Ways Out From The World” between 18-21 May 2017, with the main sponsorship of Volkswagen in the special environment of Cappadocia.
