American jazz guitarist Julian Lage will be playing at CSO Ada Ankara on May 11 as part of his new album “View With A Room” tour.
In the Julian Lage Trio concert, which will be held as part of the CSO Ada Ankara Jazz Series, Lage will be accompanied by Jorge Roeder on double bass, whom the artist has played with at every opportunity since his first album, and Dave King, who appeared on the same stage with The Bad Plus a few months ago, on drums.
In the past 10 years, Julian Lage, who is known as the young genius of jazz and has become one of the most respected performers of modern jazz, as one of the most extraordinary guitarists of his time, he is highly appreciated for his albums showing his flawless technique and his collaborations with various artists such as Gary Burton, Taylor Eigsti, John Zorn, Nels Cline, Chris Eldridge, Eric Harland and Fred Hersch.
